This is a rare opportunity to be responsible for the management of all engineering and related administrative activities for Civil and Road Construction Works. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be involved in the management of individual projects, including managing and coordinating all civil and earthmoving construction activities to ensure that projects meet their objectives in relation to time, costs, quality, environmental and safety aspects.

You will need the following:

  • Extensive engineering experience with exposure to all the major disciplines
  • Successful delivery of time and budget requirements for both high and low value dollar projects
  • Ability to understand the process for design of buildings & achieving compliance standards
  • Strong commercial acumen and business skills
  • Be an excellent communicator and work cohesively in a team
  • Solid industry knowledge with particular exposure to the local environment and surroundings
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a project / construction manager
Salary will be in the region of $110,000 to $180,000 (TRP). Salaries outside that range can be considered for those with exceptional levels of experience.
