Your responsibilities in the role will be:

  • Dealing with customers face to face, via phone and email.
  • Deploying assigned IT assets/peripherals to internal customers within agreed time frames.
  • Maintaining the asset database for all deployed and returned equipment to the IT Front Desk.
  • Assisting in managing and maintaining stock supplies.
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • HSC or equivalent
  • Good prioritisation, coordinating and time management skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills both face-to-face, via phone and written.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on responsibilities as required.
