My client, a Global Analytics company, is looking for a Technical Support Specialist with statistics and analytics experience to provide technical support across their suite of Statistics and Analytics software and solutions. You will be working in a team responsible for providing support to external clients and internal staff ensuring customer satisfaction through diligence, timely and quality responses. Position responsibilities:
- be a SME for clients on company software and solutions - provide phone, email and onsite support for company products and solutions to clients and internal staff - investigate and resolve technical issues - build relationships with clients to help them achieve their goals - understand the clients work environment to help provide best advice - provide advice with regards system admin, system tuning and architecture - keep up to date with company products and solutions (training provided)
Position requirements:
- tertiary degree in Mathematics, Statistics or IT - knowledge of data mining, statistical forecasting reporting or analytics - excellent customer relationship management skills - working knowledge of Java (preferable) - Australian Permanent Residency
